Four Recipes you Need to Try to Boost Your Inner Glow

Tropical Summer Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 very ripe banana (i.e. black spots)
- 1 mango
- 2 passion fruits
- 3 tbs tbs milk of choice
- 1 tbs desiccated coconut
- 2 tbs Vida Glow’s Beauty Blend
- 1 sachet of Vida Glow Mango Flavour
Method:
- Peel and slice the mangoes and bananas. Place into a plastic container and freeze overnight.
- Once frozen, remove and place in blender with milk, Beauty Blend and Mango Vida Glow. Blend on high speed until thick and creamy.
- Place into a bowl and top with passionfruit pulp and sprinkle with coconut. Enjoy.
Green Goddess Superfood Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup baby spinach, washed
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
- 1 tbs desiccated coconut
- 2 tbs Vida Glow’s Beauty Blend
- 1 sachet of Vida Glow Pineapple Flavour
Method:
- Peel and slice the banana. Place into a plastic container and freeze overnight.
- Once frozen, remover and place in blender with remaining ingredients except kiwi fruit.
- Blend on high speed until thick and creamy.
- Place into a bowl and top with sliced kiwi fruit. Enjoy.
Healthy Hair Breakfast Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup baby spinach, washed
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1 sachet of Vida Glow Pineapple Flavour
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy
Berry Good Smoothie for Beautiful Skin
Ingredients:
- 1 cup berries of choice
- 5 cups of milk of choice
- Handful of baby spinach
- 3 dollops of coconut yoghurt
- 2 tbs Vida Glow’s Beauty Blend
- 1 sachet of Vida Glow Blueberry Flavour
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy
