Green Goodness Smoothie

Full of Omega 3’s, essential vitamins , minerals and plant based proteins for a healthy gut and glowing skin.

Serves 1


1 x Small Banana Sliced

½ Avocado  

1 x Handful Spinach Leaves

½ Lebanese Cucumber

1 x Scoop Vida Glow Beauty Greens

2 x Table Spoons Chia Seeds

1 x Tablespoon LSA


Place all Ingredients in a blender and mix for 15-20 seconds

Pour into a large glass


Banana and Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Vitamin C, antioxidants and bromelain all contribute to healthy, radiant looking skin. 

Serves 1


1 x Large Frozen Banana

½ Avocado  

5 x Large Slices of Pineapple

1 x Scoop Vida Glow Beauty Greens

1 x Scoop Vida Glow Beauty Protein


Blend all ingredients into a blender

Pour into bowl

Decorate with desired toppings


Green Energy Balls

These superfood energy balls are the perfect healthy snack to enjoy on the go!

Serves 9


1 x Scoop Vida Glow Chocolate Protein

1/2 Cup Oats

1 x Scoop Vida Glow Beauty Greens

1 x Tbsp Cacao Powder

3 x Tbsp Peanut Butter

3 x Tbsp Maple Syrup

3 x Tbsp Water


Mix all ingredients into a bowl to form a dough like consistency

Roll dough into individual balls (around 8-9)

Place in airtight container in fridge

Leave for 3 hours


Green Smoothie Popsicles

A light way to enjoy your daily dose of greens. Packed full of nutrients.

Serves 4

(You will need a popsicle mould and paddle sticks for this)


1 x 500ml Coconut Milk

3 x Scoops Beauty Greens


Blend Beauty Greens and coconut milk into a blender for 20 seconds

Once blended, divide mixture into popsicle moulds with paddle sticks inserted also

Place in freezer for 4 hours


Tip: Try dipping into melted dark cacao powder for a sweet treat!

Greens Chia Pudding

Full of protein and juicy fruits, this chia pudding will leave your skin feeling hydrated, nourished and glowing.

Serves 4


1/3 cup organic Chia Seeds

1 cup Almond Milk

1 x Cup Coconut Cream

1/2 x Tsp Vanilla Essence

1 x Scoop of Beauty Greens

2 x Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 x Passionfruit

2 x Kiwis, peeled and sliced

2 x Green Apples, sliced


Mix all ingredients, except the fruit in a medium bowl until mixed thoroughly.

Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours, until the chia is soaked and has expanded.

Remove from the fridge and and swirl most of the passionfruit pulp into the mixture.

Distribute the pudding out across 4 bowls and then top with a few pieces of kiwi fruit, apples and remaining passionfruit pulp.
