1 cup of oats
1 cup of milk of choice
1 cup of water
2 medjool dates (chopped + deseeded)
1/3 cup of desiccated coconut
1 tsp of Cinnamon
2 tsps of Beauty Blend
- Bring oats to boil in 1 cup of water. Once oats begin to thicken, slowly stir in milk and continue to cook.
- Add chopped dates and continue to cook until it forms a creamy consistency.
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut, cinnamon and Beauty Blend
