Peaches are juicy and delicious, fuzzy skinned fruit hailing from China. They are classified as freestone fruit as the seed easily dislodges from the flesh. Peaches come in a variety of colours including white, yellow and red and are in peak season in Australia from November to April. Peaches are best eaten when they have a fragrant aroma and their flesh yields slightly if you press it softly.
Peaches can be enjoyed whole, sliced through fruit salads, added to your porridge and muesli at breakfast, diced into salads and made into a jam. Peaches also make a great healthy addition to many dessert and go perfectly served freshly sliced with yoghurt or ice-cream.

Healthy Peach Parfait
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 cup muesli
- 1 cup coconut yoghurt
- 2 sachets of Peach Vida Glow
- 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
- Thinly slice peaches.
- In two separate glasses, layer sliced peaches, muesli and yoghurt until full.
- Top with coconut and enjoy.
